Shipping & Delivery

Our Warehouse will be Closed from the 29th of December to the 3rd of January. All orders placed during this time will be dispatched on Tuesday the 4rd of January.

Postage is only $9.95 Australia Wide per order.

International Postage is calculated on Weight and Destination.

Shipping includes tracking and orders will typically be dispatched from our Melbourne based Warehouse within 3 business days. Parcels will be delivered by Australia Post Monday to Friday during business hours. 

Message From Australia Post :

Coronavirus is still having an impact on our business. We are experiencing some delivery delays due to limited flights, social distancing in our facilities and increased parcel volumes. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience.

Please be patient. Domestic parcels may be in transit for up to 14 days longer than usual at this time.

Express Post guarantees also do not apply at this time. In many cases Express Post parcels are also taking up to 14 days to arrive.

If you are unavailable to sign for the delivery your parcel will be taken to the local Post Office for collection at your convenience.  Parcels will not be left unattended for security and peace of mind. 

Parcels will typically be in transit for: ( longer during lockdowns ) 

  • 1 to 3 Business Days ( Vic )
  • 3 to 5 Business Days ( NSW )
  • 4 to 6 Business Days ( TAS , SA )
  • 5 to 9 Business Days ( QLD , WA , NT )

    2021 Standard Post Christmas Cut Off Dates

    WA, NT 30th of November.

    QLD, SA, TAS 2nd of December.

    NSW 6th of December

    VIC 9th of December

    Please note these are estimates and allow up to 9 business days from dispatch for delivery to be made. Parcels can be tracked by entering your tracking number into Australia Posts Online tracking system.

    Express Post can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact us for a quote including your items of interest and post code if you require express post shipping.

    We operate Online only and Orders are not available for local pickup.

    International Post : Due to the wide spread of Covid-19 globally we expect major international delivery delays due to insufficient airfreight capacity and government restrictions. We can not accept any responsibility for postage delays at this time.

    Local Customs & Import duties may apply. We only take responsibility for shipping the product and the customer may be required to pay any local import costs such as VAT, duties and clearing fees.

    International Postage is currently only available to New Zealand, United States & United Kingdom.  

    Parcels will be sent via International Express Post. Delivery usually occurs within 7 to 14 Business days and your parcel is trackable Online, anytime. Local Customs & Import duties may apply. We have no control over this and unfortunately cannot predict or be responsible for what they might be.

    Stock Availability

    We aim to keep all our products in stock to avoid postage delays. If due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to dispatch your order in the usual time frame, you will be notified with the expected dispatch date and given the option to exchange or refund if you are unable to wait.
