Postage is only $9.95 Australia Wide and Free for Domestic Orders Over $200.00
International Postage is calculated on Weight and Destination.
Shipping includes tracking and orders will typically be dispatched from our Melbourne based Warehouse within 3 business days. Parcels will be delivered by Australia Post Monday to Friday during business hours.
If you are unavailable to sign for the delivery your parcel will be taken to the local Post Office for collection at your convenience. Parcels will not be left unattended for security and peace of mind.
Parcels will typically be in transit for:
- 1 to 3 Business Days ( Vic )
- 3 to 5 Business Days ( NSW )
- 4 to 6 Business Days ( TAS , SA )
- 5 to 9 Business Days ( QLD , WA , NT )
Please note these are estimates and allow up to 9 business days from dispatch for delivery to be made. Parcels can be tracked by entering your tracking number into Australia Posts Online tracking system.
Express Post can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact us for a quote including your items of interest and post code if you require express post shipping.
We operate Online only and Orders are not available for local pickup.
International Post : Due to the wide spread of Covid-19 globally we expect major international delivery delays due to insufficient airfreight capacity and government restrictions. We can not accept any responsibility for postage delays at this time.
Local Customs & Import duties may apply. We only take responsibility for shipping the product and the customer may be required to pay any local import costs such as VAT, duties and clearing fees.
International Postage is currently only available to New Zealand, Canada, United States & United Kingdom.
Parcels will be sent via International Express Post. Delivery usually occurs within 7 to 14 Business days and your parcel is trackable Online, anytime. Local Customs & Import duties may apply. We have no control over this and unfortunately cannot predict or be responsible for what they might be.
We aim to keep all our products in stock to avoid postage delays. If due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to dispatch your order in the usual time frame, you will be notified with the expected dispatch date and given the option to exchange or refund if you are unable to wait.
